Lip care

The skin on the lips has a different structure than that of the face and body. It is very thin and does not have a stratum corneum, sebaceous glands, or sweat glands. Lacking a hydrolipidic film, it is less well protected from dehydration and is therefore very sensitive. It is therefore necessary to strengthen its hydrolipidic film with fatty substances. To preserve its natural barrier and its moisture level, the use of a lip balm is therefore essential.

Lips lacking hydration will present:
- A withered appearance
- Feelings of tightness
- The presence of small dry skins detaching from the surface of the lips
- Cracked skin
